Reena Nigale is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Director at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany since February 2018, Reena has led various initiatives, including as the IT Divestment Lead for ERP, HR, and Group Applications for the CH Business divestiture. Prior to this, Reena held the position of Senior Project Manager Finance within the Merck Group, overseeing the Concur Global program. Reena's earlier career involved roles as Delivery Manager and Project Manager at Wipro Technologies in Germany and as a Senior Software Engineer at Tata Infotech Limited. Reena holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
