Karol Wolak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and customer engagement, currently serving as the Global Omnichannel Excellence Lead at Merck Group since July 2016. In this role, Karol drives the adoption of corporate engagement channels, implements global customer engagement strategies, and oversees the execution of customer nurture journeys. Previous positions at Merck include Regional Multichannel Marketing & Customer Engagement Lead for the EMEA region and Digital & MCM Manager for Poland, where Karol successfully launched various marketing campaigns and strategies. Prior to Merck, Karol served as a Senior Digital Consultant at Accenture, managing digital projects for leading companies, and held roles at The Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN AMRO Bank, where significant process improvements were achieved. Karol holds master's degrees in International Relations and European Studies from the University of Warsaw and SGH Warsaw School of Economics, respectively.
