David joined the Group in 2018 with over 30 years’ experience in lending. As part of the NPIF – Mercia Debt Finance Team he helps provide term loan facilities to SMEs across the Kirklees, Calderdale, Bradford and Wakefield areas. He is looking to help early-stage or more established businesses that can demonstrate growth potential.

David is a member of Mercia Knowledge Committee,

David worked with Key Commercial Finance Solutions for six years as a whole of market independent broker, sourcing finance for SMEs across West Yorkshire. Prior to this, he worked for 28 years at Yorkshire Bank in a variety of roles, including business development and relationship management. He spent a significant proportion of his time in commercial lending, working across different sectors helping small to medium sized businesses.
