Lyndal Gungaram has extensive experience in business operations and management, currently serving as Principal Business Unit Head and Head of Operations at Merchants since June 2017, after previously holding the position of Call Centre Manager - Sales. Prior to this, Lyndal held the role of Campaign Manager at Coracall from May 2013 to June 2017, demonstrating a strong background in campaign management and operational leadership.
