Sydney Barlow is a Health Consultant Analyst currently employed at Mercer since June 2024, following an internship with the Peace Corps in early 2024, where Sydney contributed to the Strategic Partnerships and Intergovernmental Affairs Department by assisting with global survey responses and presenting findings to stakeholders. Prior experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Department of Public Health Studies, where Sydney focused on research related to Internationally Adopted Children with Perinatally Acquired HIV, leading to a conference presentation and a planned publication. Sydney also interned at Elevance Health, researching Healthcare IT market trends, and held leadership roles in civic engagement initiatives at Elon University. Other relevant experience includes training new employees at Chick-fil-A and supporting student engagement projects at Elon University, along with a role as a Laboratory Assistant conducting water quality testing. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from Elon University, graduated in May 2024.
