Daniel Meltzer, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Employee Research Consultant at Mercer, focusing on employee listening research and survey implementation to address strategic HR challenges. In addition to this role, Daniel is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Hofstra University, where supervision of doctoral research and mentorship of MA students occur, alongside developing and teaching a People Analytics module. Previously, as a People Analytics Manager at Colgate-Palmolive, Daniel directed large-scale employee engagement surveys, while at New York Life Insurance Company, responsibilities included organizational effectiveness and employee survey management. Daniel holds a Ph.D. in Applied Organizational Psychology, an MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a BA in Photography.
