Chandan Kar possesses extensive experience in consulting and operational efficiency, currently serving as the Building 10xScale at xto10x since November 2021. Previously, Chandan held roles at McKinsey & Company from June 2016 to October 2021 as a Consultant and Analyst in the TMT sector. A research intern at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, focused on the effectiveness of the Odd-Even Policy in Delhi, Chandan's earlier positions include Operations Consultant at Uber, Business Development Associate at Refiral, and Research Associate at Ipsos. Chandan also led successful fundraising initiatives as Head Delegate and Sponsorship Head for the Harvard National Model United Nations and contributed to recruitment strategies as a Summer Intern with Teach For India. Chandan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and Delhi University.
