Dethra U. Giles serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at ExecuPrep since May 2007, leading a team dedicated to enhancing business processes and fostering talent. In addition to this role, Dethra operates as a keynote speaker through Dethra Giles, LLC, sharing a wealth of knowledge and inspiring audiences. Dethra is also an adjunct faculty member at Mercer University, focusing on executive education for senior professionals. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources and Administration at Emory University and as the Director of Staff Recruitment and Retention at Georgia State University. Dethra holds a Master's in Conflict Management and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Kennesaw State University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from Mercer University. Additionally, Dethra was a board member of Their Word N' Motion, a community arts organization.
