Neil Branford currently serves as the Head of Programmes at Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team, overseeing Programme Management, Planning, and Purchasing functions. Prior experience includes a 15-year tenure at Jaguar Land Rover, where notable roles encompassed Senior Programme Manager for the Range Rover Sport, Senior Purchasing Manager leading the Semiconductor response Agile Squad, and various programme leadership positions for iconic Land Rover and Jaguar models. Prior to Jaguar Land Rover, Neil Branford worked at BAE Systems as a Lead Engineer on the Typhoon programme, gaining expertise in Engineering Maturity Management. Educational credentials include a BEng (Hons) in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Glasgow.
