Damien Busch is an experienced professional in operations and performance management with a track record of scaling teams and improving business processes. Currently serving as the Head of Performance at Ankorstore since March 2021, Damien has significantly contributed to the company’s growth by designing operating models, managing a transition from Hubspot to Salesforce, and establishing sales performance monitoring systems. Prior experience includes a role in Operations Strategy at Doctolib, where Damien facilitated the scaling of Customer Care teams and implemented key performance indicators. Additionally, consulting experience at Oresys and project management roles at Thales and GRDF further demonstrate Damien's expertise in project and organization management.
