Rafael Fajardo Monzón is an experienced project manager and programmer, currently serving as Jefe de Proyectos, Analista-Programador, and Senior Programmer at Mercanza since February 2021. Additionally, Rafael is an entrepreneur at Smash Pro since July 2019, specializing in smart management of paddle clubs through a Laravel-based web application designed to optimize resources and enhance client loyalty via gamification and automated communication. Prior experience includes an internship at IUCTC - ULPGC, focusing on research projects involving software migration and robotic platform design, as well as operating as a drone pilot and operations manager in a freelance capacity from June 2015 to June 2018. Rafael holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and completed a Machine Learning and Data Science course at EOI Business School in 2019.
