Liat Friedman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Liat started their career as the Vice President of Human Resources at Amitim senior pension funds in June 2012, where they served until September 2016. In the same period, they also held the role of VP Human Resources & Administration at the Israel Postal Company. From June 2012 to September 2016, they were the Senior Manager of Human Resources and Operations at the Keren Hayesod Foundation. Most recently, in June 2019, they joined Mercantile Discount Bank Ltd. as the VP of Human Resources.

Liat Friedman obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Ono Academic College, where they studied from 2000 to 2002.
