David Maymon currently serves as Vice President and Director of the Commercial and Retail Divisions at Mercantile Discount Bank Ltd. since September 2016, overseeing retail activities across approximately 75 branches and more than 1,000 employees. With extensive experience at the same bank since 1997, Maymon previously held roles including Director of Credit and Control of the Retail Division, Regional Manager for Jerusalem and Southern regions, and Branch Manager. Maymon has been instrumental in planning retail strategies and credit policies while ensuring the development and promotion of staff from diverse backgrounds. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Marketing from Derby College and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University, both achieved with high honors.
