Theodore Rounds has a diverse range of work experience. In 2023, they worked as a Credit Analyst Intern at Mercantile Bank. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Seidman Investment Portfolio Organization from 2021 to 2023, including Vice President of Operations, Portfolio Manager, and Senior Analyst. At Janus Firm in 2022, they worked as a Human Resources System Support, where they audited clients' onboarding processes and corrected errors for successful processing of new hires. In the same year, they also worked as a Private Equity Junior Analyst at Blackford Capital, where they contacted investment banks for deal sourcing purposes and conducted analysis and financial modeling for acquisitions. Theodore participated in the 2023 ACG Cup Competition at ACG Western Michigan. From 2018 to 2022, they served as a Soccer Referee for the U.S. Soccer Federation. Lastly, in 2020, they worked as a Business Development Intern at Calder Capital.

Theodore Rounds completed their high school education at Bradley Bourbonnais Community High School from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following that, they enrolled at Grand Valley State University in 2021 and is expected to graduate in 2025. Theodore is pursuing a field of study in Finance, General. In addition to their formal education, Theodore obtained certifications in Excel 2016: Core Data Analysis, Manipulation, and Presentation and Word 2016 from Microsoft in May 2021.
