Ray Duimstra is an experienced corporate development and mergers & acquisitions professional, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development and Acquisitions at Crystal Flash, a Michigan-based fuels distributor, since February 2018. In this role, Ray manages acquisition strategies, analysis, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and integration processes. Ray holds the Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor designation from the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisition Advisors and possesses extensive expertise in middle-market M&A processes, corporate finance, and financing strategies. Additionally, Ray contributes to the community as Chairman of the Lowell Area Community Fund and President of the Jason Kinzler Family First Foundation, and serves on the board of the YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids. Previously, Ray held senior roles at Mercantile Bank of Michigan and Huntington National Bank, managing substantial credit portfolios. Ray earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University.
