Erica Cesarz has a diverse work experience. Erica started their career at Mercantile Bank in 2015 as a Risk Asset Portfolio Assistant. Erica then transitioned into the role of Commercial Loan Assistant in 2016. Erica continued to grow within the company and became a Commercial Loan Operations Specialist in 2018, eventually being promoted to Senior Commercial Loan Operations Specialist in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Benefits Implementation Specialist at Mercantile Bank, starting in June 2022. Erica also has previous experience as a Sales Associate at Old Navy from 2010 to 2015 and as a Temporary Assistant at OfficeTeam from 2014 to 2015.
