Letícia Bastos has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Letícia joined Mercado Bitcoin in 2021, where they worked in the "Products MB Tokens" role. Prior to this, Letícia took a sabbatical in 2020 and engaged in coaching and outplacement processes, as well as pursuing digital product leadership, UX design, and other courses. During this time, they also taught English and Mathematics to adults.

In 2019, Letícia worked as a Financial Services Consultant at Espiral Partners. Before that, from 2014 to 2019, they held multiple positions at PDG, including Financial Coordinator, Senior Finance Analyst, and Senior Operations Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for tasks such as debt control, receivables monetization, and coordinating a team of analysts. Letícia also worked on projects involving internal control improvements and renegotiation contracts with major banks.

Prior to PDG, Letícia worked as an M&A Analyst at Estrateplan in 2012, where they were involved in industry analysis, project management, and investor contact for investment proposals. Letícia also worked as an M&A Intern at Borse Investimentos in 2011.

Letícia's early career experience includes an Equities Intern role at Itaú in 2010, where they assisted in performance reporting, macroeconomic data updates, and preparation of presentations for offshore clients. Letícia was involved in raising sovereign funds and contributed to the automation of reports and creation of manuals.

Letícia Bastos completed a International Diploma Program in Finance at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2013. From 2008 to 2011, Letícia pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at USP - Universidade de São Paulo. In 2021, they attended Tera and obtained a degree in Digital Product Leadership with a specialization in Digital Products.
