Caroline Domenghino, PhD has a diverse work experience. From 2003 to 2011, they worked as a Graduate Student at Johns Hopkins University, where they conducted research and taught German language and literature. Caroline then joined the communications field, starting as an intern and eventually becoming the Head of Communications for the Mühleberg nuclear power plant. Caroline worked on both internal and external communications in this role.

In 2015, Caroline transitioned to BKW AG, a power company, where they initially served as Management Support to the Plant Manager. In this role, they focused on internal communications, change management, and cultural development. Caroline also oversaw smaller projects and managed the office of the Plant Manager.

Caroline's responsibilities grew as they moved up in BKW AG. Caroline served as the Head of Communications for the Power Grid division, leading a team and implementing various communication strategies. Caroline also took on projects related to leadership and cultural development, as well as facilitating the transformation of the company from an infrastructure operator to a data expert.

Caroline continued to excel at BKW AG and became the Head of Communications and Quality Management for the Power Grid division. Caroline developed integrated management systems and rebranded the division to align with corporate strategy.

Caroline took a sabbatical in 2022 to work on their executive MBA-thesis before joining Meraxis Group in 2023. Caroline first served as Manager CEO-Office before being promoted to Head of CEO Office and Communications.
