Hernan Rivera is an experienced business leader currently serving as the Head of Colombia at Merama since October 2021. As the Founder and CEO of LeafyLuv, launched in March 2019, Hernan developed a successful Amazon-exclusive brand focused on quality flower supports. Previously, Hernan acted as a Special Project Manager at Elenas, overseeing product selection and importation strategies, and held the position of Co-Founder and CEO at Omega Vending, which was acquired by a major operator after transforming the vending industry in Colombia. Hernan's background also includes co-founding VincuVentas at Polymath Ventures, where innovative recruitment technology was utilized, and serving as a Commercial Executive at IBM, managing key accounts like Walmart Mexico. Hernan holds an economics and international relations degree from Universidad de Los Andes and completed secondary education at Colegio Panamericano, where participation in the National Honor Society was recognized.
