Darwin Cruz is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Resourcing at MIESCOR, a subsidiary of MERALCO, and as HR Business Partner at MIESCOR LOGISTICS INC. since July 2014. Prior to this, Darwin held the position of HR Business Partner for Project Execution in the Visayas and Mindanao regions at Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation. Additionally, Darwin gained valuable experience as a Recruitment and Training Officer at Manila Toll Expressway Systems Inc. from November 2008 to July 2014. Darwin holds a degree in AB Political Science from the National College of Business Administration.
