Muhamed Salim Obaid is an experienced professional in operations management with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Assistance Parking Operation Manager at Meraas since October 2017, Muhamed oversees daily operations and trains staff to manage challenging situations. Concurrently, as Operations Supervisor at DIFC since May 2017, responsibilities include staff supervision and incident report management. Previously, as a Senior Customer Service Representative with the Department of Transport from June 2013 to May 2017, Muhamed supervised staff, maintained client records, and managed financial reporting.
