Damiano Guazzini is a seasoned professional in cloud services and IT, currently serving as the Head of Cloud Services and IT at Mesalvo GmbH since November 2023. Previously, Damiano held multiple roles at OneFootball from May 2021 to November 2023, including Director of Infrastructure and IT, IT and Security Lead, and Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Department Cloud at IVU Traffic Technologies in 2020 and various leadership positions at BIOTRONIK from 2010 to 2020. Damiano began a career in technology at Mercedes-Benz Technology as an ECU-Tests Developer and pursued a post-doctoral role at Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron DESY. Academic achievements include a Ph.D. in Computational Theoretical Particle Physics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a Master of Science in the same field from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
