Arthur Hayen is a highly experienced professional with extensive expertise in healthcare systems and economics. Currently serving as a Research Fellow in IQ Healthcare at Radboudumc since October 2022, Arthur also holds a position as Senior Intelligence Analyst and Scientific Coordinator at Menzis since May 2017. Previous roles include Assistant Professor and Senior Lecturer at Leiden University Medical Center, where Arthur led the BUNDLE project focused on outcome-based payment in Dutch medical care. Arthur's academic journey includes a cum laude Research Master in Business Strategy and a PhD in Health Economics from Tilburg University, alongside a background in law and business studies.
