Frank Wells is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality assurance, coaching, and education. Currently serving as a Recovery Coach at Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge since December 2017, Frank supervises adults in a faith-based recovery environment. Additionally, Frank operates as a self-employed Uber and Lyft driver, and holds roles as a Senior Quality Assurance Auditor and Quality System Auditor in various industries. Frank has extensive teaching experience as a Senior Instructor at Dunwoody College of Technology and has previously worked in quality assurance engineering roles at companies such as Osmonics and Progress Casting Group. Frank's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul, a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from the American Institute of Engineering and Technology, and a Mini MBA from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
