Edgardo Hernandez currently serves as the Facilities Team Leader at Mentor Technical Group since January 2024. Previously, Edgardo held the position of Facilities Site Lead Manager at JLL for Ethicon from September 2022 to November 2023, and served as the Facilities & Utilities Site Lead at Mentor Technical Group from October 2018 to August 2022. Edgardo's career also includes significant roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., where Edgardo was the Chief Engineer and Engineering Supervisor from October 2012 to October 2018. Prior to that, Edgardo worked as an Application Engineer at Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company, from April 2011 to September 2012, providing technical support for utilities equipment. Edgardo started a tenure at Pfizer as a Utilities Supervisor from April 2002 to December 2010, overseeing operators and technicians in the utilities sector for chemical and pharmaceutical operations. Edgardo holds a degree from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
