In 2017, they joined Safe Haven Family Shelter as an intern for a short period of time. Later that year, Tiffany joined Mental Health Cooperative as a Homeless Outreach Specialist, providing assistance and support to individuals experiencing homelessness. In 2019, they transitioned into the role of Safety Net Care Coordinator at the same organization, where they worked till 2021. Currently, Tiffany works at Mental Health Cooperative as a Child and Youth Psychiatric Care Manager, utilizing their skills and expertise to provide care and support to children and youth with mental health needs.
