Shelby Kraus is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Administrator and Credentialing Specialist at the Mental Health Association of South Central Kansas since April 2019. Prior to this role, Shelby held positions at Safety-Kleen, starting as an Account Manager from November 2014 to April 2019, where responsibilities included managing customer relations, ensuring compliance, and facilitating large projects. Shelby also served as a Senior Branch Administrator at Safety-Kleen, overseeing daily operations in the environmental department, including invoicing and service orders. Earlier experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Waste Connections, Inc., where duties involved setting up services, managing work orders, and maintaining customer relationships. Shelby is currently pursuing a degree at Hutchinson Community College, set to complete studies in May 2024.
