The Leadership Team at Mental Health America of Indiana is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing operations, and ensuring the successful implementation of the organization's mission. This includes guiding public education, advocacy, and public health reform efforts, as well as managing various specialized areas such as forensic services, education and credentialing, recovery and advocacy programs, and prevention programs and policy. This team ensures alignment across all departments to effectively promote mental health and combat mental illness and addictive disorders.
