Susan Wadel has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the US Human Resource Director for Mennonite Central Committee since March 2008, where leadership is provided to a team dedicated to HR functions. Previous roles include HR Coordinator at Mennonite Central Committee, supporting staff from New York City to Ponce, Puerto Rico, and recruiting individuals for international service. Susan also held the position of Director at Cumberland Valley Relief Center from 2004 to 2008 and worked as HR Director at Cedar Ridge Children's Home & School, Inc. from 2000 to 2004. Education includes an Associate of Arts in Professional Secretary from Hagerstown Business and studies at Villanova University.
