Jacqueline Lee currently serves as the Vice President and General Counsel at Flynn Group since February 2018, previously holding the position of Associate General Counsel. Additional roles include membership on the Client Advisory Board for ALFA International and the Alumni Board for Menlo School, where Jacqueline is also the Board Secretary and Engagement Committee Lead. Past involvement includes being a member of the IFA 2023 Legal Symposium Task Force and serving as an Adjunct Lecturer at Santa Clara University School of Law. Jacqueline's previous experience at Jones Day spans over a decade, where as a Partner, extensive representation was provided in intellectual property disputes and various litigation matters. Jacqueline's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Stanford University.
