Kevin Ow has an extensive work experience in the field of financial aid. Kevin most recently served as the Director of Financial Aid at Menlo College starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Financial Aid Lead at Hartnell College from February 2022 to August 2022. Before transitioning to higher education, Kevin held various positions at Dominican University of California, including Assistant Director of Financial Aid from May 2019 to January 2022, Financial Aid Advisor from September 2017 to May 2019, and Financial Aid Assistant from June 2014 to August 2017. Kevin began their career with Capital One (formerly HSBC Card Services) in July 2006, where they served as a Fraud Detection Coordinator until October 2013. During their time with Capital One, Kevin was involved in special projects, including assisting with training new hires and providing support to ensure their quality of work.

Kevin Ow earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Management from Dominican University of California. Kevin later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution, graduating in 2018.
