Kristen Sitchler is an experienced attorney specializing in tax-exempt and nonprofit organizations, currently serving as an attorney at Mendrygal Law, PLLC, and the Law Firm of Kristen E. Sitchler since 2018 and 2015, respectively. Kristen has a strong background in legal counsel for nonprofits, corporate governance, and tax-related issues, previously holding positions such as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for a national public charity and Senior Associate Attorney at Venable LLP.
