With previous roles including Operation Lead at MENARINI Group and Production Specialist at İbrahim Etem - Menarini, Volkan has successfully managed various technology transfer projects and improved production efficiency. Notable achievements include transferring a novel product to Turkish CMO for the first time and optimizing production methodologies, resulting in enhanced volume and cost efficiencies. Volkan also has experience in quality systems and risk management from previous positions at Abdi Ibrahim Pharmaceuticals and Elif Plastik Ambalaj San. ve Tic. A.Ş. Volkan holds an MBA from Bahcesehir University and has a solid educational background from Anadolu University.
