Scott Geary has extensive experience in educational administration and leadership. Currently a member of the management team at Menards since September 2022, Scott previously served as a school principal and assistant principal with Forest Lake Area Schools from July 2006 to August 2022. Responsibilities included recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating staff. Scott also acted as a scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America from 2011 to 2013, focusing on youth leadership development. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and an M.Ed. in Alternative Assessment from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
