Lisa Peterson has extensive experience in event coordination and customer engagement, currently serving as a Children's Library Assistant at the Memphis Public Library since November 2021. Prior roles include Event Logistics Manager at BCD Meetings & Events and Manager of Group Sales for Memphis Redbirds, LLC, where Lisa significantly boosted ticket revenue and managed large group outings. Previous positions also include Director of Group Sales at Stockton Ports, where Lisa effectively sold season tickets and organized educational events. Additionally, experience as a marketing intern for Rawlings Sporting Goods involved developing campaigns targeting Hispanic audiences. Lisa holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri.
