Natalie Ferrando has over nine years of experience in the healthcare and non-profit sectors, currently serving as a Process Improvement Analyst at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center since August 2014. Prior roles at the same institution include Prospect Management Analyst, Annual Giving Officer/Analyst, Development Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant. Additionally, Natalie completed an internship at New Horizons Resources, Inc. in early 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Health Administration from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marist College.
