Eric Carr, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of the Contact Center at Memorial Blood Centers, beginning in March 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Relations Manager at Aveda, where expertise in CRM software and training development was cultivated from September 2018 to March 2023. Eric also held the position of Call Center Supervisor at Rockler Companies, Inc., overseeing a team of 25 agents and optimizing staffing for performance from March 2017 to September 2018. Previous roles include Quality Administrator at Medica, where new hire training and process development were key responsibilities, and Walgreens Manager, focusing on store sales and team development. Eric holds a Master of Business Administration from St. Cloud State University’s Herberger Business School and a Bachelor of Elective Studies from St. Cloud State University.
