Liz Benegas currently serves as General Counsel at Memfault, focused on developing legal, compliance, and privacy functions for a device reliability platform. Simultaneously, Liz holds roles at Torii as General Counsel, Data Protection Officer, and Corporate Secretary, overseeing legal and compliance matters. As a founding member of The L Suite, Liz fosters collaboration among Chief Legal Officers and General Counsels. Previously, Liz led legal and compliance efforts at Totango, managed the legal department at NetDocuments, and served as Senior Corporate Counsel at DealerSocket. Early career experience includes serving as Manager of Professional Development and Corporate Attorney at Richards, Layton & Finger. Liz earned a Doctor of Law from Penn State Dickinson Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Mary Washington.
