Kristie Farmer, CCUE, currently serves as the Vice President of Services and previously held the position of Branch Manager at Members Heritage Credit Union since August 2013. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Trover Solutions, Marketing Coordinator at Strategexe Consulting Group, and Member Service Representative at Kentucky Telco Federal Credit Union. Kristie started a career in banking as a Branch Representative at National City Bank from 2001 to 2002. Kristie earned a BBA in Marketing from Morehead State University and holds the Certified Credit Union Executive designation from the University of Wisconsin Madison in Banking and Financial Support Services.
