Dale Gingrich is an experienced facilities leader with a strong background in real estate, construction, and maintenance management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Facilities at Members 1st Federal Credit Union since January 2017, Dale oversees real estate transactions, new branch construction, existing branch maintenance, and physical security. Prior to this role, Dale held significant positions at CubeSmart, including Vice President of Facilities and Senior Director of Facility Services, where responsibilities encompassed the management of construction and capital initiatives for a vast portfolio of locations. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Development at Investment Real Estate, LLC, managing site development projects, and roles in sales and maintenance at Rib-Roof Metal Systems and Storage USA, respectively, along with engineering projects at Marathon Oil Company. Dale holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
