Lena Rieker currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the CIO at Melitta Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lena was employed as a Data Manager for Sustainability at Dr. Oetker from November 2021 to June 2023 and worked as a Project Manager for Surveys at TERRITORY EMBRACE between September 2019 and October 2021. Lena’s experience also includes roles such as Project Management Assistant at Deutscher Musikrat, an intern at Landesgymnasium für Hochbegabte focusing on gifted education, and assistance in artistic management at Stuttgarter Philharmoniker. Furthermore, Lena interned in operational personnel management at DB Netz AG. Lena Rieker holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Bielefeld University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Freiburg, and a Nanodegree in Predictive Analytics for Business from Udacity, with additional studies at the University of Gothenburg.
