Kai Dornbusch completed their education at the University of Hamburg from 1993 to 1998. Kai earned a Diplom Kaufmann degree, which is equivalent to a Master's in Business Administration, with a focus on Economics and Marketing. In 2018, they attended Hult Ashridge for the Heineken International Management Development Excellence Course (HIMDEC).
