Eric Horowitz is an experienced GIS professional currently serving as the GIS Team Lead at Melissa since November 2020, where responsibilities include profiling, cleansing, verifying, and enriching people data. Previously, Eric held the position of Senior GIS Analyst at Melissa, focusing on parcel fabric generation, spatial analysis, and automation of processes using Python scripting. Prior experience includes serving as the Senior IT/GIS/Graphics Manager at T&B Planning, Inc., overseeing the production of various planning documents, and as a GIS Coordinator for the Native American Environmental Protection Coalition, providing GIS education and analysis support. Eric's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from San Diego State University.
