Mr. Hillinger was appointed CFO of Melisron in February 2020. Prior to that, Mr. Hillinger served as CFO of Property and Building Corp. and as Chairman of Ispro, Bartan and of Koor-Tadiran provident fund. In his position with Melisron Mr. Hillinger is in charge of the Company's financial reporting, financing, cash management, tax, investors relations and market risk management. Mr. Hillinger is a certified public accountant, holds a BA (Magna cum laude) in accounting and an LLB both from Tel Aviv University and an MBA (Financing and Strategy, Summa cum laude) also from Tel Aviv University.
