Mahmoud AbdelNaby has extensive experience in the hotel industry, with a particular focus on sales and marketing. Mahmoud began their career in 2004 as a Reservation Agent at Hilton Worldwide Reservations & Customer Care. From there, they progressed through various regional sales roles within Hilton, eventually becoming the Regional Account Manager for Corporate & MICE. In 2012, they joined Rotana Hotel Management Corporation as the Director of Sales before moving to Meliá Hotels International in 2019. At Meliá, Mahmoud held the positions of Director of Sales and Director of Sales and Marketing, where they played a crucial role in elevating the hotel's rating from 4 stars to 5 stars and introducing the New Melia Collection Brand. Currently, Mahmoud is serving as the Director of Business Development for APAC, Middle East, and Africa at Meliá Hotels International.
Mahmoud AbdelNaby attended Ain Shams University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business Administration.
