Mark Gutierrez is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Information Technology Operations at Melco Resorts & Entertainment since April 2019, Mark previously held the position of IT Manager at Hyatt City of Dreams Manila, also beginning in April 2018. Mark's career at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) spanned from 2008 to 2015, where expertise was demonstrated as a Subject Matter Expert in various roles and as an IT Support Specialist from February 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Mark contributed to InterContinental Manila as an Assistant IT Manager from January 2008 to January 2012. Mark holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of the East.
