Chin Lee has held various IT management positions in the hospitality industry. Chin served as the Vice President of Global IT Engagement at Melco Resorts & Entertainment starting in 2015. Prior to that, they were the Regional Director of IT at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from 2005 to 2015. From 2002 to 2005, they served as the Director of IT at Raffles L'Ermitage Hotel in Beverly Hills. Chin started their career as an IT Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from 1997 to 2001.

Chin Lee has an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, with a field of study in Master of Business Administration.
