Marcia Allan is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Executive General Manager of Marketing and Membership at Melbourne Royal® since January 2023. Prior roles include General Manager of Marketing at Office Choice Ltd and General Manager of Customer Strategy & Engagement at Racing Victoria. Marcia has also held positions at Bupa as Head of Customer Marketing and Slater and Gordon Lawyers as National Customer Experience Manager. Earlier experience includes various marketing roles at Sensis, ranging from National Channel Strategy Manager to Digital Marketing Manager. Marcia’s educational background includes a Masters of Marketing from RMIT University, a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from Victoria University, and ongoing studies in Digital Marketing Essentials at ADMA IQ.
