Darren Keating currently serves as the Executive General Manager of Agriculture at Melbourne Royal®, a position held since March 2023, where the focus is on celebrating agricultural products and producers. Prior to this role, Darren Keating was the Chief Executive Officer for both the International Fresh Produce Association Australia & New Zealand and the Produce Marketing Association Australia-New Zealand from August 2016 to March 2023. Additional experience includes serving as the Executive Officer for the Australian Fodder Industry Association from August 2012 to August 2016, and the Manager of VFF Livestock at the Victorian Farmers Federation from July 2007 to August 2012. Earlier career roles include Territory Manager for Southern Victoria and Tasmania at Pacific Seeds and various positions at the Victorian Department of Primary Industries. Darren Keating holds a Bachelor of Science in Rural Science from the University of New England, attained between 1995 and 1998.
