Tracy Rathbun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and administrative support. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Melaleuca: The Wellness Company, Tracy has previously held key positions including Plant Executive Administrative Assistant at Kellogg Company, Executive Assistant at Summit Marketing, and HRIS & HR Administrator at Butler Manufacturing (Bluescope Steel). Tracy also contributed as a Sales Administrator for the Midwest Region at Butler Manufacturing. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech/Language Pathology from The University of Kansas, earned between 1989 and 1992.
